The Royal Transfer of Office

The welcoming of the new Royal Trio for 2026-2027 was held at the Cathedral Basilica West Courtyard.

Since 1959, the St Augustine Royal Family has promoted the Old City by portraying the Spanish Royal Trio of King Carlos II, Queen Marianna and Princess Margarita Maria. Each year, we commemorate this Royal Trio by choosing three heritage natives to portray them and represent St Augustine throughout the year.

A Saint Augustine tradition held at the beautiful Mission Nobre de Dios.

The Cathedral Festival is a Saint Augustine tradition. Held at the beautiful Mission Nobre de Dios, the Festival has something for everyone: rides, food, live entertainment and Fun! Proceeds from the festival benefit the Cathedral Parish School.

37th Annual Breakfast & Silent March Celebration Dr. Martin

The legacy of Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. was celebrated with the annual breakfast & silent march from 86 MLK Avenue to the Plaza de la Constitucion. Anthony Britton led to commemorate the Dr. King led marches in Saint Augustine, Florida during the civil rights movement in the 1960s.
